Papaya Smoothie
1 ripe papaya, peeled and seeded
1 small banana
3 ice cubes
1/2 cup plain non-fat yogurt
In a blender or food processor, puree papaya and banana.
Add ice cubes, one at a time and crush. Fold in yogurt.
Pour into stemmed glasses.
Makes: 4 servings

Pineapple Smoothie:
1 fresh pineapple, peeled and cored
8 ice cubes
Whole orange slices - for garnish
fresh mint sprigs - for garnish
In a blender of food processor, puree pineapple.
Add ice cubes, one at a time and crush. Pour into stemmed glasses.
Cut a slit halfway through the orange slices and hook one over the edge of each glass.
Garnish with fresh mint.

Strawberry Shake / Smoothie:
Juice of 1 orange
2 pints of strawberrries - washed and hulled
1/ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup plain non-far yogurt
2 - 3 Ice cubes
In a blender or food processor, puree orange juice and berries.
Add Vanilla extract and yogurt. Blend 1 minute.
Add ice cubes, one at a time and crush. Serve in old fashion Soda Glasses.
