Codfish Patties with Mash Potatoes

  Codfish Patties:


    1 cup of drained Salt Cod.
    6 medium size potatoes - rice or mash.
    Beat in 2 eggs - 1 at the time

    Beat in until fluffy:
    2 Tablespoons of cream
    1 teaspoon of grated onion
    Correct the Seasoning.

    Cooking Method:
    Shape the mixtures into patties.

    Preheat oven to 375°
    Bake in a greased pan for about 1/2 hour.
    Dot with butter and serve.

    Form mixture into 2 inch cakes, dip in flour and saute in butter until golden brown.

Bake at: 375°
Cook: 30 mins
