Blended Seasonings - Marinade - Fish or Lamb

  Fish or Lamb Marinade:


    1. Combine

    2 tablespoons of lemon juice
    1/4 cup of olive oil
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    Marinade refrigerated and covered for at least 3 hours. Turn frequently.

    II. Combine

    1/2 teaspoon turmeric
    1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger
    1 small pressed clove garlic
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind
    Toss the meat in this mixture and leave to marinade covered and refrigerated for 24 hours.

    III. Combine

    1/4 cup pineapple juice
    2 teaspoons soy sauce
    2 teaspoons lemon juice
    1 minced clove garlic
    Marinade covered and refrigerated for at least 2 hours, turning the meat frequently.
