slice the crabapples into thin slices like the larger ones and dry them in a dehydrator or the old method with your oven.
They then can be used to small apple wreaths for the Xmas tree they do turn out very cute you can add holly or bay leaves and a small twine bow to keep them very natural and use them for name tags on gifts or as a hostess gift when needded.
I usually have a stash on my wall for easy grabbing on my way out the door to meet someone. Happy crafting Norma
