Shepherd's Pie - cybermom

Ingredients:
- 1 ea egg slightly beaten
- 2 - 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp sweet relish
- 8 ea cushed salted crackers or halfcup of quick oats
- 1 tbsp catsup or chili sauce
- 1 ea onion diced small
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp parsley
Instructions:
Combine egg, relish, catsup, onions, seasonings, crackers and beef. Mix thoroughly.
Pack in loaf pan.
Part the shepherd's into thirds with the spoon and fill the partitions with catsup for flavour.
Bake at 350° for about an hour. Make mash potatoes.
When the shepherd's pie is cooked.
Spoon the mash potatoes on top of shepherd's pie.
Take a couple of slices of bread and cut into cubes.
Add to the mash potatoes, put the meatloaf back in the oven and brown the bread.
When the bread is brown your shepherd's pie is done.
