Grilled Beef Skewers (Kabobs)

Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef (sirloin or tenderloin)
- cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 red onion
- cut into wedges
- 1 bell pepper (any color)
- cut into chunks
- 1 zucchini
- sliced into rounds
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes) or metal skewers
Instructions:
Marinate Beef: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add the beef cubes and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, but ideally a few hours.
Assemble Skewers: Thread the beef, onion, bell pepper, and zucchini onto the skewers, alternating between beef and veggies.
Grill: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the skewers for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until the beef reaches your desired level of doneness.
Serve: Let the skewers rest for a few minutes before serving. Great with rice or a side salad!
