Grilled Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients:
- 1 lb shrimp
- peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small corn or flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup shredded cabbage (optional)
- 1 avocado
- sliced
- Fresh cilantro
- chopped
- Lime wedges
- Your favorite salsa or sauce (e.g.
- sour cream
- guacamole
- or a spicy mayo)
Instructions:
Season Shrimp: In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Grill Shrimp: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Place the shrimp on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until they turn pink and opaque.
Prepare Tacos: Warm the tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side. Then, assemble the tacos: place a few shrimp on each tortilla, and top with cabbage, avocado, cilantro, a squeeze of lime, and salsa or sauce.
Serve: Serve immediately with extra lime wedges!
