Grilled Vegetables (Perfect Sidedish)

Ingredients:
- 1 zucchini
- sliced into rounds
- 1 red bell pepper
- cut into strips
- 1 yellow squash
- sliced into rounds
- 1 red onion
- cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (like rosemary or thyme) for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Prep Veggies: Cut the vegetables into pieces that are easy to grill.
Drizzle with olive oil, then season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the vegetables for about 3-5 minutes per side, or until grill marks appear and they’re tender.
Serve: Remove from the grill and garnish with fresh herbs if you like.
