She called it "Cranberry Relish Mold" 2) but I made it without the jello and so I leave out the "mold" part. I also left out the pineapple but next time I make it I might put that in. On Christmas Eve everyone loved it, and although I made a large amount it was almost gone, people had seconds and thirds of it. I blended the whole thing in my blendedr in small amounts. Easy, nutritious, and good. 3) Here it is. 4) CRANBERRY RELISH MOLD 5) Grind cranberries, add sugar, mix and set aside. 6) Make gelatin using 1 cup water. 7) Let stand until thick. 8) Add fruit, cranberry/sugar mixture and nuts. 9) Pour into mold or dish and refrigerate until set (about 4 hours). 10) sub by: Peggy -----
