Let sit for about 10 minutes. 2) In a large bowl, combine the salt, honey, olive oil, water and about 2 cups of flour. 3) Mix by hand or mixer. Add the yeast mixture. Stir. Add the flour one cup at a time mixing after each cup. It will be sticky. Put dough on clean floured surface and start kneading adding a little flour until dough is smooth and not so sticky. 4) Place dough in greased bowl, cover with a cloth and let rise for 30 min. 5) Divide the dough into 3 balls and put them in the refrigerator to chill for about 2 hours before use or wrap the dough tightly and freeze for future use.
